Dating is crucial when starting a relationship, it is the process of getting to know a potential partner while having a good time. Dating sets the foundation for a long-term relationship potentially leading towards marriage.
Dates provide the perfect opportunity to learn the personality qualities of your significant other, allowing you to established a unique and meaningful bond. Last week, we asked our Luxyers their top recommendation for a luxurious date and we were overwhelmed with suggestions, from classic date nights to lavish weekend trips.

For our Luxyers in Europe, the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam is the perfect weekend getaway. The hotel is part of the worldwide Okura Hotel chain, famous for the traditional Japanese style with a modern twist and a Michelin star Japanese restaurant, Yamazato.
- Nothing is more romantic than being surprised with a beautiful gown to be worn on a date, such a gesture illustrates a great amount of thought and care. This would then be followed by a sunset dinner on the beach, as the Luxyer describes, 'The sunset is what brings the luxury aspect of the date. Which is free in life...' The glow and ambience of a sunset provide the perfect atmosphere for deep conversation and the creation of a romantic memory.
