Whether it’s a walk in a nearby park, down the street by your office, or through the city where you live, these simple activities are easy to do and incredibly soothing. Another way I relax is by enjoying delicious, healthy food. This could be a homemade meal or a visit to a charming, highly-rated restaurant—or even a Michelin-starred dining experience. Food has a way of comforting the mind, sparking new ideas, and satisfying that craving for a moment of relaxation. Travel is also a great way to refresh. There’s nothing like the excitement of exploring new places. A unique itinerary offers both the challenge of discovery and the pleasure of deep relaxation. I especially enjoy being in nature—whether it’s hiking, experiencing an island, or simply exploring a new city. It all brings a sense of peace and fulfillment.
