My favorite way to relax? Movement, music, and a little beauty. I go to the gym, put on my favorite playlist (something moody or deep house), and let the energy shift through my body. After that — a long shower, a fresh outfit, maybe a spritz of perfume… and suddenly life feels soft again. Relaxing for me isn’t about doing nothing — it’s about reconnecting with myself. Sometimes it’s a walk at sunset. Sometimes it’s a mirror selfie after a killer glute workout. And sometimes it’s just silence, tea, and no one asking me anything.
