If you encounter a profile that appears suspicious, violates our Community Guidelines, or simply isn't a fit for Luxy in your opinion, you can report them directly through the app:


1.Find the report option: Open the person's profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap the Flag / Report icon. Alternatively, tap the flag icon directly in the top right corner while chatting with them.

2.Submit your report: Select the primary reason for your report and add any relevant context to help our team evaluate the situation.

3.What happens next: Our dedicated moderation team will investigate the profile and take appropriate action — such as issuing a warning, restricting access, or permanently removing the account. All reports are kept strictly confidential.
