This usually means you have already used your free name change! Every member can choose their initial name at registration and update it once for free. account, you can contact the customer service representative in the app to edit. Otherwise, you are suggested to upgrade your account to access this feature. The app language will adapt to your system language, which you can change in your Phone Settings. If the app language doesn’t adapt to your phone language, it means this language is not supported by Luxy.

The app updates your location from time to time, and doesn’t monitor it constantly. If you travel, the new location on your profile may not be updated in real time. You can restart the app to trigger an update of the location.

A dedicated Luxy review team manually evaluates each application to confirm that all submitted information, align with our community guidelines.

Luxy further asks you to verify your profile pictures. Successfully verified profiles receive a prominent blue checkmark badge. This verification badge signals to other members that you are a genuine, fully vetted individual, leading to higher profile visibility, increased trust, and higher-quality matches across the platform.

Our algorithm primarily recommends members near your location, but it may also suggest profiles further away if it identifies strong compatibility. If you run out of nearby recommendations, try opening your filters on the Match page to broaden your age range or search distance.

Outside of major metropolitan areas, there may simply be a limited number of active, verified users at the moment. Expanding your search criteria helps ensure a steady stream of prospective matches while our community continues to grow in your region. If you still experience issues, feel free to submit feedback directly through the app to help us refine your experience.

If your Match feed has stopped updating, try adjusting your search filters to widen your age range, distance, or location criteria. Expanding these settings allows our algorithm to introduce a fresh selection of potential matches to your queue.
If you already have broad preferences, it is possible that you have temporarily reviewed all active, eligible profiles currently meeting your standards in that area. Check back soon as new members are verified daily, or send us feedback directly through the app so we can continue improving your match recommendations.

Your customized search criteria directly control the profiles recommended to you on your Match and Discover feeds. However, these settings do not restrict members outside your filters from viewing your profile or liking you first.
