Your membership is tied directly to your Luxy account, not your physical phone. If your premium status isn't showing, it usually means you accidentally created a new, blank account or logged into an older profile that doesn't have the Luxy BLACK, PLATINUM, or PLUS membership.

How to fix it:

1. Go to the More tab.

2. Tap Settings and select Log Out.

3. Choose "Forget me on this device" to completely clear the session.

4. Log back in using the exact same login method (Apple ID, Google, phone number, or email) that you used when you originally purchased your premium membership.
