I made a purchase but my features aren't active. What should I do?
1. Close the Luxy app and restart which will trigger a new synchronization.
2. If that doesn't help, try the "Restore Purchase" button if you purchased a Luxy BLACK, PLATINUM or PLUS subscription by going to -> More -> Settings -> Restore Transaction.
3. If the issue persists, please send your digital purchase receipt to Luxy's in-app support or to support@onluxy.com.
