You can try troubleshooting with the solutions below first:

1. Double check if your subscription payment was made successfully. In general, you will receive a receipt or an invoice after your payment is complete.

2. Check if you have another account on our platform. It is possible that your membership is associated with your another account based on your Apple ID / Google Play ID. In this case, please contact us with the necessary information, i.e. your account(s) information, payment receipt(s). We will help you activate your membership once it’s confirmed.
