My filters are not working correctly.

Usually there are three reasons behind this.
1. Double check your preference settings by tapping the icon in the top left corner on the page you are viewing profiles. Adjust your age range accordingly and scroll down to see your location. Once adjusted, click "done" to confirm the changes.
Luxy automatically obtains your current location and uses it as primary location. Luxy BLACK and Platinum members are able to add two more location preferences.
2. On the feature "Match", Luxy recommends you people from and around your location first. However, you still might come across profile from further away if Luxy thinks you might fit.
3. Check if the specific profile actually filled out their profile correctly. Sometimes, members may select the wrong gender, or their age may appear inaccurate. If you notice this, please report the profile so our team can review and resolve the issue.
