One or more of my matches have disappeared.
Missing matches usually happen due to either direct account activity or local app changes:
They unmatched or blocked you: If a match decides to unmatch or block your account, the conversation and profile will immediately disappear from your match list.
Account deletion or suspension: If your match chose to delete their Luxy account, or if their account was suspended for violating community guidelines, they will no longer appear in your feed.
Device or app updates: Because Luxy stores certain chat data locally to protect privacy, switching to a new device, reinstalling the app, or clearing your app cache can clear local match data and cause active chats to vanish.
