Why can't I pick up the video call?
Picking up video calls costs Coins. If you don't have enough Coins, you won't be able to answer new calls.
Regarding fees: Outgoing calls cost 14 Coins per minute. Incoming calls are free for the first minute, then 14 Coins per minute.
